2026 Black Swan VIP New Year Party

We welcomed the new year the way Black Swan was built to operate: in close company, with genuine conversation, and with gratitude that’s earned, not assumed.

Our VIP Boat Party created the space to recognise the people who make our work possible. The clients who trust our judgement, engage with the process, and stay with us over the long term through decisions, outcomes, and the quiet work in between.

Out on the water, away from the usual pace, the quality of connection stood out. Candour, shared ambition, mutual respect. A reminder that while property may be the vehicle, relationships remain the foundation.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for your confidence and continued support. We’re proud to represent you, and we look forward to raising the standard again this year, together.
