Sophia Wang is the founder of Black Swan Property Group. She has a strong passion for purchasing and funding properties and for the past 10 years has specialised in helping people to enter into the property market in Australia and internationally. Her clients are based largely in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan and the US. The projects she works on are selected from leading developers, ensuring the high quality of the assets. Development partners include Meriton, Toga, Payce, The Star Entertainment Group, Far East Consortium and Geocon. To date she has worked with over one thousand clients, assisting them with buying property in Australia. Sophia has completed two masters’ degrees in engineering at the University of New South Wales. This engineering background has given her excellent skills in addressing problems for clients and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure results. Also she holds a real estate license Class 1 ( Licensee in Charge). Her property experience has provided her with valuable negotiating skills in dealing with developers for clients. Importantly, Sophia offers a one stop shop, with all the services clients need to execute a successful property transaction supported by a strong team of professionals – including referrals for mortgage broking and conveyancing services. Sophia hopes to help you build your property portfolio and add you to her network of happy clients.

Andy is the Sales Manager at Black Swan Property Group, bringing a wealth of experience from his four years with the team. He has demonstrated a remarkable dedication to improving standards and delivering exceptional customer service, which has propelled him into his current role.
