By the time December 2021 rolled around, one thing was certain, if ever there was a year that deserved a proper celebration, it was this one.

2021 was a year that tested everyone in real estate. Extended lockdowns, shifting client expectations, border closures, and endless hours of Zoom calls became our new normal. Yet through it all, the Black Swan team not only adapted, we thrived.

So when we finally got the chance to meet in person for our 2021 Christmas Party, it wasn’t about putting on a show. It was about recognising the grit, resilience, and heart that kept our business and our team moving forward.

The Power of the Team

One message resonated throughout the night: we don’t do this alone.

Behind every sold apartment, every deal negotiated, every happy client, there’s a team — agents, marketing, admin, leadership, and external partners all pulling in the same direction.

The 2021 Christmas Party became a beautiful reminder of that collective strength. Titles and roles didn’t matter, only relationships did.

Looking to the Horizon

As the final glasses were raised and the lights dimmed, there was a quiet confidence in the room. If we could succeed in a year like 2021, there was little we couldn’t take on in the years ahead.
